Information you give us by telephone

If you telephone the restaurant to book a table, we will take your name and a contact number so that we can hold the booking and get in touch if there is a problem. We use these details only to manage your reservation, we do not share them with anyone else, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

How long we keep information

Booking details are kept only for as long as we need them to run the restaurant day to day, and are then discarded. Server logs held by our website host are kept for a short period and then deleted automatically.
